RCD is clearly the world leader in it's chosen field and so the advantages of a joint venture with RCD may be considerable. If, for instance, a client has a potential site that requires development and it is compatible with the strategic direction of RCD then there may be value in entering into a joint venture in order to fulfil the objective.
