It is not what a company claims that matters but what is does!
It is very easy to make promises to secure a sale but much harder to deliver afterwards. The best advice RCD can offer is to speak to a prospective constructor’s clients and ask what the level of service has been like – following construction. When they have had a problem did the constructor return to fix it? This way you can make your own judgement about the probable level of service you will receive.
RCD guarantee their workmanship for life. Materials used on a ropes course vary as do the various treatment processes. RCD endeavour to use the most appropriate materials for any given task, however longevity will depend upon a variety of factors; not least the amount of use the ropes course gets and the location. For example, close proximity to the sea invariably results in faster corrosion.
RCD will return to repair or fix any aspect of a ropes course that can reasonably be attributed to poor workmanship.
