Exchange of contracts

On acceptance of the proposal it is invariably necessary to exchange some form of contract.  RCD has some standard terms and conditions and is a happy to work to JCT (joint contracts tribunal) Minor Work Contract for most installations.

 

This process will include the provision of the following:

  1. Detailed description of works, specifying is included and not included
  2. Start and Finish date for the works
  3. Names of personnel on site
  4. Special Requirements
